Ethnographic guest house in Ādaži Municipality
A place where time stands still
Five historic houses in a pine forest
Gungas is an ethnographic guest house in a pine forest by Lake Dūņezers, in Ādaži Municipality. Five log houses were brought here from different regions of Latvia and have found a second life.
It is quiet here: old logs, the warmth of a fireplace and the lake right next door. Modern comforts are in place, yet the houses have kept their character. Riga is about 30 km away, the sea about 10 km. We have held the Green Certificate since 2015.
Five houses
Every house can be rented as a whole. In Eglītes, Kadiķi and Pīlādži the rooms can also be rented one at a time.
